HUBUNGAN KETERAMPILAN MENGAJAR GURU DENGAN MINAT BELAJAR SISWA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan yang positif antara keterampilan mengajar guru dengan minat belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri Segugus I Kecamatan Simpur Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 161 siswa dan sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan rumus slovin dengan error sampling 5% sebanyak 115 siswa kelas V SD Negeri Segugus I Kecamatan Simpur. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berbentuk skala. Validitas  instrumen menggunakan expert judgement, sedangkan uji reliabiltas dengan menggunakan teknik analisis K-R21. Hasil reliabilitas menunjukkan reliabilitas sebesar 0,92 untuk skala keterampilan mengajar guru dan 0,9 untuk skala minat belajar siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment. Hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh dengan teknik korelasi product moment adalah 0,864  yang menunjukkan bahwa hubungan kedua variabel bersifat positif, kemudian dibandingkan dengan rtabel jumlah N=115 dan taraf signifikan 5% yaitu 0,176 terbukti hasil rhitung lebih besar dari rtabel (0,864>0,176). Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara keterampilan mengajar guru dengan minat belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri Segugus I Kecamatan Simpur Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan tahun ajaran 2014/2015.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the existence of a positive correlation between teacher teaching skill with student interest at fifth grade of elementary schools in cluster I of Simpur district Hulu Sungai Selatan regency South Borneo Province on academic 2014/2015. This recearch is a quantitative research with correlation design. The population in research samples were taken using a slovin formula with a sampling error 5% as many 115 students of class fifth elementary schools in cluster I Simpur district. The instrument usen in this research in scale. Validity of the instrument using expert judgement, whereas reliability test using analytical techniques K-R21. The calculation result by reliability is 0,92 for teacher teaching skill and for student interest is 0,9. Data analysis technique used the correlation product moment. The calculation result obtained by the technique of product moment is 0,864 which indicates that the correlation between two variables is positive, then compared with rtabel number N=115 and a significance 5% is 0,176 rhitung proven result greater than rtabel (0,864>0,176). Based on the result of the analysis can be concluded that there is a positive correlation between the teacher teaching skill with student learning interest at fifth grade of elementary schools in cluster I of Simpur district Hulu Sungai Selatan regency South Borneo province on academic 2014/2015.
