KEEFEKTIFAN PENDEKATAN PEMBELAJARAN AKTIF TIPE INDEX CARD MATCH TERHADAP KEAKTIFAN BELAJAR IPS

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan pendekatan pembelajaran aktif tipe Index Card Match terhadap keaktifan belajar IPS siswa kelas V di SDN Nogotirto. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri Nogotirto. Kelas VA sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas VB sebagai kelas ekperimen yang diberi perlakukan berupa penerapan pembelajaran aktif Index Card Match pada pembelajaran IPS. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan observasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan skor angket keaktifan siswa setelah perlakuan menunjukkan bahwa jumlah siswa yang mencapai tingkat keaktifan sangat tinggi yaitu, ˃ 80% siswa pada kelas eksperimen dan ˂ 80% siswa pada kelas kontrol. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran aktif tipe Index Card Match efektif untuk meningatkan keaktifan belajar siswa kelas V di SD Negeri Nogotirto.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of active learning approach type Index Card Match towards Social Studies learning activeness of class V students in SDN Nogotirto. This research is a quasi-experimental research with Noquivalent Control Group Design design. The subject of this research is the students of grade V SDN Nogotirto. VA class as control class and VB class as experimental class which is treated with active learning approach Index Card Match type on Social Studies lesson. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and observations. Data were analyzed descriptively and presented on tables and graphs. The result of the research based on after treatment questionnaire score of students' activity which shows that the number of students who reach very high level of learning activeness, that is, ˃ 80% of students in the experimental class and ˂ 80% of students in the control class. So it can be concluded that the application of active learning approach type Index Card Match effective to incrase learning activeness of class V students in SD Negeri Nogotirto.
