IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM 2013 DI KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI 4 WATES

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di kelas IV SD Negeri 4 Wates. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru kelas IV, dan siswa kelas IV. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumetasi. Analisis data dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran dibuat bersama dalam forum KKG. Silabus disediakan oleh pemerintah. Pendekatan saintifik yang dilaksanakan meliputi: (1) mengamati, (2) menanya, (3) eksperimen, (4) mengasosiasikan, dan (5) mengkomunikasikan. Teknik penilaian dilaksanakan berdasarkan aspek sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Faktor-faktor yang mendukung terlaksananya Kurikulum 2013 adalah: a) Dinas memberikan informasi dan fasilitas, b) Kepala sekolah mengikuti pelatihan, c) Penyediaan sarana dan prasarana, d) Guru mengikuti pelatihan, dan e) Orang tua menyediakan fasilitas. Hambatan yang terjadi adalah: a) Guru kesulitan dalam pembuatan RPP, b) Orang tua mengalami kebingungan, c) Adanya siswa kurang aktif, d) Buku ajar mengalami keterlambatan, e) Belum semua guru memanfaatkan sarana dan prasarana sekolah, f) Tidak semua media pembelajaran tersedia, dan g) Kesulitan penilaian. Upaya yang dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi hambatan adalah: a) Kepala sekolah membentuk forum KKG, b) Dilaksanakan sosialisasi, c) Guru mengikuti langkah pembelajaran, d) Sekolah meminta bantuan orang tua, e) Mencari skema atau video, dan f) Guru mengikut sosialisasi dan pelatihan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of curriculum 2013 in class IV at SD Negeri 4 Wates. This study is qualitative research. The participants of this study consisted of headmaster, homeroom teacher of class IV, and fourth graders. The data collecting techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. The data was analyzed through steps namely data reduction, data display, and making conclusion. In this study, the trustworthiness of the data was done through triangulation. The result of this study shows that teacher administration is designed together in teachers’ forum. The syllabus is created by the government. Curriculum 2013 uses scientific approach consisting of: (1) observing, (2) questioning, (3) experimenting, (4) associating, and (5) communicating. The scoring technique is based on affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects. Factors supporting the implementation of curriculum 2013 are: a) Department of Education gives information and facility, b) headmaster joins training, c) there is an availability of facilities, d) teacher participates in training, and e) parents provides facility. The obstacles in implementing curriculum 2013 are: a) teacher finds difficulty on creating lesson plan, b) parents are confused, c) some students are passive, d) the course book is delayed, e) not all teachers make the use of school facilities, f) not all learning media is provided, and g) there is a difficulty in scoring. While, to overcome the obstacles, the efforts are: a) headmasters form teachers’ forum, b) having socialization, c)teacher follows the learning instructions, d) school asks for parents’ help, e) searching scheme orvideo, and f) teacher participate in socialization and training.
