PENDIDIKAN POLITIK DI SD MASJID SYUHADA YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pendidikan politik di Sekolah Dasar Masjid Syuhada Yogyakarta. Penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif ini dilakukan di SD Masjid Syuhada Jalan I Dewa Nyoman Oka Nomor 11 A Yogyakarta dengan subjek penelitian perwakilan siswa kelas I sampai kelas VI, guru kelas III dan kelas IV, serta kepala sekolah. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa SD Masjid Syuhada menerapkan pendidikan politik di dalam kelas dan di luar kelas. Pendidikan politik di dalam kelas melalui: a) kurikulum yang diterapkan dalam pembelajaran b) kebiasaan- kebiasaan di dalam kelas dan c) peranan guru dalam pembelajaran. Pendidikan politik di luar kelas melalui: a) keadaan multikultural komponen sekolah b) kegiatan pengembangan diri untuk melatih sikap politis siswa.

Abstract
This research aims at describing political education in SD Masjid Syuhada Yogyakarta. This qualitative research took place in SD Masjid Syuhada that located on I Dewa Nyoman Oka street number 11 A Yogyakarta and took representative students of grade I up to grade IV, teachers who teach in class III and class IV, and also the head master as the research subject. The data of this research was collected by observation, interview, and study documentation. The data analyzation proccess was data reduction, data display, and data conclusion. The data was validate by using sources triangulation and techniques triangulation. The result of this reseacrh shows that SD Masjid Syuhada held political education inside the clasroom and outside the classroom. Political education that hold inside the classroom are: a) curriculum that use in the learning proccess, b) classroom rituals such, and c) teacher role in the learning process. Political education that hold outside the classroom are: a) multicultural school environment, and b) school development activities to train student’s political attitudes.
