PENGEMBANGAN MULTIMEDIA INTERAKTIF UNTUK MATA PELAJARAN IPS POKOK BAHASAN “PERJUANGAN MELAWAN PENJAJAH”

Abstract


Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk multimedia pembelajaran interaktif perjuangan melawan penjajah yang layak digunakan untuk siswa SDN Sinduadi 1. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Research and Development dengan mengacu pada model pengembangan four-D. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SDN Sinduadi 1 sebanyak 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisis data awal dilakukan secara deskriptif, sedangkan analisis data kelayakan dilakukan dengan melakukan konversi data kuantitatif kedalam data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Multimedia dikembangkan melalui beberapa langkah, yaitu: (a) mendefinisikan kebutuhan dengan analisis awal, analisis konsep materi, analisis tugas dan analisis tujuan pembelajaran, (b) melakukan perancangan dengan menyusun parameter penilaian, pemilihan format, pemilihan media, dan pembuatan prototipe, (c) melakukan pengembangan dengan validasi produk oleh ahli diikuti revisi, serta ujicoba lapangan sehingga dihasilkan produk akhir multimedia dengan lima menu utama yaitu petunjuk, kompetensi, materi, evaluasi, dan profil. (2) Kelayakan multimedia ditentukan dari hasil validasi oleh ahli dengan rerata skor 3,68 yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak, dilanjutkan hasil respon pengguna melalui ujicoba lapangan dengan rerata skor 3,71 yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak, sehingga multimedia interaktif perjuangan melawan penjajah dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research aims to produce an interactive learning multimedia with the topic of the struggle of Indonesian in fighting against colonizer which is suitable to be used by the grade V students of SDN Sinduadi 1. The study used Research and Development (R&D) method which referred to the developing model of four-D. The research subjects were 30 grade V students of SDN Sinduadi 1. The data collection techniques were observation, interview and questionnaire filling. While the initial data analysis was done by description, the appropriateness data analysis was done by converting quantitative data i nto qualitative data. The findings of this research are: (1) Multimedia is developed through some steps, they are (a) define the needs by initial analysis, material concept analysis, task analysis and learning objective analysis, (b) design the multimedia by arranging assessment parameter, choosing the format, choosing the media and making a prototype, (c) develope the multimedia through product validating by experts followed by revision and also field test which ultimately results on a final multimedia product. The final multimedia product consists of five main menus, they are instruction, competence, material, evaluation and profile. (2) The appropriateness of the multimedia is determined by the result of expert validation with an average score of 3.68 whichis very appropriate, followed by the result of the user respondents which is collected through field test with the average score of 3.71 which is very appropriate, with the result that the interactive multimedia with the main topic of the struggle of Indonesian in fighting against colonizer is very appropriate to be used in the learning processes.
