Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesulitan perencanaan, kesulitan pelaksanaan, dan kesulitan penilaian dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 di kelas I SD N 3 Pengasih, Kulon Progo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas I SD N 3 Pengasih. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kesulitan guru  dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan pedoman dokumentasi. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk uji keabsahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa guru mengalami kesulitan dalam kegiatan perencanaan pembelajaran yang meliputi membuat RPP, merumuskan indicator, mengembangkan materi, menentukan media; alat; dan sumber pembelajaran dan menentukan langkah pembelajaran. Selanjutnya guru juga mengalami kesulitan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang meliputi mengondisikan siswa, melaksanakan kegiatan inti yang menggunakan pendekatan saintifik, dan melakukan refleksi. Terakhir guru juga masih kesulitan dalam melakukan penilaian yang meliputi penilaian sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe difficulties of plan, difficulties of realization, and difficulties of assessment on curriculum 2013 implementation in 1st grade students of Pengasih 3 elementary school, Kulon Progo. This research is a qualitative research. The subject in this research was the teacher of 1st grade in Pengasih 3 elementary school. The object in this research was the teacher’s difficulties in implementation of curriculum 2013 that consists of planning, realization, and assessment. Techniques which were used to collect the data in this research were observation guidance, interview guidance, and lesson plan analysis guidance. Then techniques which were used to analyse data in this research were data reduction, data display, and a conclusion. The data validities used triangulation technique and source. The results of this research showed that the teacher had difficulties in making learning plan activities which consist of  making  lesson plan, making indicators, learning material development, choosing and making media/tool & learning source, and determining learning activities. Then the 1st grade teacher also had difficulties in learning realization which consists of conditioning the student, realizing main activities which used scientific approach and reflection. Finally, the teacher also had difficulties of assessment which consists of assessment of attitude, assessment of knowledge, and assessment of skill.
