PENGARUH TANGGUNG JAWAB DAN KEMAMPUAN INTERPERSONAL TERHADAP RASA PERCAYA DIRI SISWA KELAS V SD

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tanggung jawab terhadap rasa percaya diri siswa; pengaruh kemampuan interpersonal terhadap rasa percaya diri siswa; dan pengaruh tanggung jawab dan kemampuan interpersonal terhadap rasa percaya diri siswa kelas V SD se-Gugus II Kecamatan Pengasih. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode ex-post facto. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 126 siswa yang diambil melalui teknik proportional sample dari populasi sebanyak 183 siswa. Teknik analisis data untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel menggunakan korelasi parsial, korelasi ganda, dan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) tanggung jawab berpengaruh signifikan terhadap rasa percaya diri siswa dengan sumbangan sebesar 32,73%; 2) kemampuan interpersonal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap rasa percaya diri siswa dengan sumbangan sebesar 12,08%; 3) tanggung jawab dan kemampuan interpersonal secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap rasa percaya diri siswa dengan sumbangan sebesar 44,80%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of responsibility to students’ self-confidence; the influence of interpersonal skills to students’ self-confidence; and the influence of responsibility and interpersonal skills to students’ self-confidence in Cluster II Pengasih District. This research used quantitative approach with ex-post facto method. The sample of this research were 126 students from the population of 183 students and taken through proportional sample technique. Data analysis techniques used were partial correlation test, multiple correlation test, and multiple regression analysis. The results shown that: 1) responsibility has a significant effect on students’ self-confidence with contribution 32.73%; 2) interpersonal skills have a significant effect on student self-confidence with contribution 12.08%; 3) responsibility and interpersonal skills together have a significant effect on students’ self confidence with contribution 44.80%.
