PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA AUDIO VISUAL PERILAKU HIDUP SEHAT DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN JASMANI OLAHRAGA DAN KESEHATAN SISWA KELAS II SD NEGERI 3 GERDUREN DEVELOPMENT OF AUDIO VISUAL MEDIA OF HEALTHY LIVING BEHAVIOR IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION, SPORT, AND HEALTH LEARNING OF SECOND GRADE STUDENT OF SD NEGERI 3 GERDUREN PURWOJATI, BANYUMAS

Abstract

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk media audio visual dan
pembelajaran perilaku hidup sehat khususnya kebersihan tangan dan kaki pada siswa kelas II SD
Negeri 3 Gerduren Kecamatan Purwojati Kabupaten Banyumas.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (research and development) tentang
pengembangan media audio visual dalam pembelajaran perilaku hidup sehat khususnya kebersihan
tangan dan kaki. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II SDN 3 Gerduren dengan jumlah
19 anak. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa lembar evaluasi untuk ahli materi dan ahli media yang berupa
hasil validitas produk dari ahli materi dan ahli media. Instrumen yang berupa validitas produk ini
diperoleh dengan menggunakan angket dan lembar evaluasi yang telah dibuat berdasarkan penilaian.
Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data hasil penelitian
dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif.
Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk berupa media audio visual yang dikemas dalam bentuk
compact disk (CD). Hasil validasi dari ahli materi mendapat kategori “sangat baik” dan hasil validasi
dari ahli media mendapat kategori “sangat baik”. Hasil uji kelompok kecil mendapat kategori “sangat
baik”. Sedangkan hasil uji coba kelompok besar mendapat kategori “sangat baik”. Berdasarkan hasil
penilaian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran audio visual untuk mata pelajaran
pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan pada khususnya materi perilaku hidup sehat kesehatan
tangan dan kaki, pada siswa kelas II SD Negeri 3 Gerduren, Kecamatan Purwojati, Kabupaten
Banyumas layak digunakan sebagai sumber bahan ajar.

Abstract
The research aims to produce a product of audio-visual media and about healthy living
behavior learning especially hand and foot hygiene on Grade II students of SD Negeri (State
Elementary School) 3 Gerduren, Purwojati District, Banyumas Regency.
This research was research and development on the development of audio-visual media in
healthy behavior learning, especially the cleanliness of hands and feet. Research population was
Second Grade students of SD N 3 Gerduren with 19 students. Instrument of this research was
evaluation sheet for material experts and media experts in the form of product validity from material
experts and media experts. The instrument in the form of product validity was obtained by using
questionnaire and evaluation sheets that had been made based on the assessment. Data analysis
technique used was by qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data from the research results were
analyzed by descriptive analysis techniques.
The research produced the product in the form of audio visual media that was packaged in the
form of compact disk (CD). The research results of the validation from the material experts produce
the "very good" category and the results of the validation from the media experts produce the "very
good" category. The results of the small group test receive the "very good" category. While the results
of the large group test produce the "very good" category. Based on the results of the assessment, it can
be concluded that the audio visual learning media for Physical Education, Sport, and Health subject in
particular on the healthy living behavior of hands and feet health of Second Grade Student in II SD 3
Gerduren, Purwojati District, Banyumas Regency is decent of being used as a source of teaching
materials .
