TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN SISWA KELAS V TENTANG CEDERA OLAHRAGA, PENCEGAHAN DAN PERAWATAN CEDERA DI SD NEGERI BEJI KECAMATAN WATES, KABUPATEN KULON PROGO

Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan siswa kelas V tentang
cedera olahraga, pencegahan dan perawatan cedera di SD Negeri Beji Kecamatan Wates,
Kabupaten Kulon Progo.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan
penelitian metode survay dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes soal benarsalah
(TrueFalse). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V di SD Negeri Beji
Kecamatan Wates, Kabupaten Kulon Progo yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Teknik analisis data
menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase.
Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian dan pembahasan dapat dideskripsikan pengetahuan
siswa kelas V tentang cedera olahraga, pencegahan dan perawatan cedera di SD Negeri Beji
Kecamatan Wates, Kabupaten Kulon Progo sebagai berikut, kategori “kurang baik” sebesar
9,4% (3 siswa), kategori “kurang” sebesar 9,4% (3 siswa), kategori “ sedang” sebesar 40,6%
(13 siswa), kategori “baik” sebesar 28,1% (9 siswa), dan kategori “sangat baik” sebesar
12,5% (4 siswa).
Kata kunci : Pengetahuan, Cedera, Pencegahan dan Perawatan di SD Negeri Beji.

students about the sports injuries, the prevention and treatments of injuries at Beji
Elementary School, Wates District, Kulon Progo Regency.
It was the quantitave descriptive research. The method that has been used for this
research was ‘survey method research’ by using the data collection techniques through
‘True-False Test’. The subjects in this research were the 5

grade students of Beji
Elementary School, Wates District, Kulon Progo Regency with total 32 students. The data
analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis which was expressed in the form of
percentages.
Based on the result of research and discussion, it could be describe that the
knowledge of the 5th grade students about the sports injuries, the prevention and treatment
of injuries at Beji Elementary School, Wates Distric, Kulon Progo Regency as following,
“poor” category at 9.4% (3 students), “fair” category at 9.4% (3 students), “ average”
category at 40.6% (13 students), “good” category at 28.1% (9 students), and “axcellent”
category at 12.5% (4 students).
