EFFECTIVENESS OF HIGH SCHOOL PHYSICS LEARNING INTEGRATED LANDSLIDE DISASTER EDUCATION IN TERM OF INCRASED MATERIAL MASTERY AND DISASTER PREPAREDNESS
Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan pembelajaran fisika SMA terintegrasi pendidikan kebencanaan tanah longsor ditinjau dari peningkatan penguasaan materi dan kesiapsiagaan bencana alam. Telah dikembangkan perangkat pembelajaran fisika terintegrasi pendidikan kebencanaan melalui penelitian tahun 2014 namun belum diketahui keefektifannya. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan uji keefektifan terhadap produk hasil pengembangan tersebut. Perangkat pendidikan kebencanaan yang akan diuji terintegrasi dengan bencana tanah longsor. Materi pokok fisika yang relevan terhadap bencana tersebut adalah Usaha dan Energi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA N 1 Dlingo. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa tes, angket, dan lembar keterlaksanaan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran fisika terintegrasi pendidikan kebencanaan lebih efektif daripada pembelajaran fisika konvensional ditinjau dari peningkatan penguasaan materi fisika peserta didik dan pembelajaran fisika terintegrasi pendidikan kebencanaan tanah longsor sama efektifnyadengan pembelajaran fisika konvensional ditinjau dari kesiapsiagaan bencana alam peserta didik. Kata kunci : pembelajaran terintegrasi, pendidikan kebencanaan tanah longsor,pembelajaran fisika SMA Abstract This study aims to determine the effectiveness of high school physics learning integrated landslide disaster education in terms of increased mastery of material and disaster preparedness. It has been developed physics learning device integrated disaster education through research in 2014. Therefore, it is necessary to do empirical test on the product of the development result. Disaster education devices to be tested are integrated with landslide disaster. The subject matter of physics relevant to the disaster is Business and Energy. This research is an experimental research using two classes, namely experimental class and control class. This research was conducted in SMA N 1 Dlingo. Research instruments used in the form of tests, questionnaires, and instructional learning sheet. The results showed that integrated physics learning disaster education more effective than conventional physics learning in terms of increasing mastery of physics material learners and integrated physics education landslide disaster education as effective as conventional physics learning in terms of preparedness of natural disasters of learners.
