PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN MENULIS PUISI KEINDAHAN ALAM KELAS VII SMP MUHAMMADIYAH 2 KALASAN
Abstract
This research aims to describe the learning implementation of poetry writing with nature theme in
grade VII of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Kalasan. In this research, the learning implementation was reviewed
from several main components, which are: (1) purpose, (2) material, (3) method, (4) media, and (5)
evaluation. This research used qualitative approach. The subject of this research was the teacher of
Indonesian Language, whereas the object of this research was the learning of poetry writing in grade VII of
SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Kalasan. The data that were collected were analyzed with descriptive qualitative
analysis. The result of the research showed several things. First, the aim of the poetry writing learning in SMP
Muhammadiyah 2 Kalasan was well done since it’s convenient with the learning implementation plans (RPP).
The purpose of writing poetry was convenient with what was written in the learning implementation plans
(RPP). The learning materials are suitable with the syllabus and the learning implementation plans (RPP)
which is KD 16.I writing poetry with nature theme. The sources of the materials which are used are the text
book of Indonesian Language and Literature and several poems. The learning methods that were used were
the combination between lecture method, inquiry, discussion, question and answer, and assignment. The
medias that were used were poster, poetry, books and white board. The learning evaluation of poetry writing
skill in grade VII was done in the end of the learning. The instrument was commentary questions that are
suitable with the learning implementation plans (RPP).
