PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS NARASI EKSPOSITORIS MELALUI PENERAPAN STRATEGI BELAJAR MEMUTAR PADA SISWA KELAS X SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 1 BAMBANGLIPURO BANTUL
Abstract
This study aimed to describe the increase in the ability to write expository narrative
strategies Learning Playing a class X TSM (Motorcycle Engineering) E SMK Muhammadiyah 1
Bambanglipuro, Bantul.
This research is a classroom action research (PTK). The subjects were students of class X
TSM E SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bambanglipuro totaling 28 students. The object of this research
is to increase the narrative expository writing skills. This action research was conducted in two
cycles in each cycle there are four components, namely planning, implementation, observation,
and reflection. Data obtained from the results of tests, observations, field notes, questionnaires,
interviews and photo documentation. Data analysis technique conducted qualitatively and
quantitatively. The success of the action is determined by improvement of processes and results.
The results showed that the application of learning strategies can improve the ability to
write Playing expository narrative learners, both in the quality of the process and results. As for
the improvement of the learning process shown by the increase in the response component of the
students during the learning process to write an expository narrative and an increase in the
enrollment component of the strategy Learning Playing. The yield increase is marked by
increasing the quality of expository narrative essay learners. This is indicated by the expository
narrative writing scores of students in pratindakan are 56.93, 69.00 cycle I and cycle II 82.21.
Thus, the narrative expository writing ability of students has increased, both in the quality of the
process and the quality of learning outcomes after the action using strategies Learning Playing
