PENGEMBANGAN LAGU TEMATIK UNTUK PEMAHAMAN KONSEP SISWA KELAS II SD/MI

Lagu  merupakan media pembelajaran yang terbukti efektif dan menyenangkan  untuk anak-anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran lagu tematik yang layak untuk pemahaman konsep siswa kelas  II  SD/MI  pada  Tema  4  “Hidup  bersih  dan  Sehat”.  Lagu  tematik  dikembangkan  berdasarkan  prosedur pengembangan  Borg  and  Gall  dengan  tiga  langkah  tahapan:  (1)  penelitian  dan  pengumpulan  informasi  awal;  (2) perencanaan  pengembangan  produk;  dan  (3)  pengembangan  produk  awal.  Data  pada  penelitian  ini  diperoleh menggunakan  instrumen  penilaian  produk  oleh  validator  dan  dianalisis  secara  deskriptif  kuantitatif.  Produk  lagu tematik  dikomposisikan  sebanyak  tiga  lagu  dengan  menggunakan  tangga  nada  natural  dan  bernada  dasar  do=C. Produk hasil penelitian ini memperoleh kriteria “Sangat Baik” dengan persentase sebesar 100% pada aspek media. Sementara  itu,  pada  aspek  materi,  produk  penelitian  ini  memperoleh  kriteria  “Sangat  Baik”  dengan  persentase sebesar  94,35%.  Secara  keseluruhan,  lagu  tematik  memperoleh  kriteria  “Sangat  Baik”  dengan  persentase  sebesar 96,50%.  Hasil  tersebut  mengindikasikan  bahwa  produk  lagu  tematik  telah  layak  secara  validitas  sebagai  media pembelajaran.

Abstract 

The  song  is  an  authenticated  effective  and  powerful  media  for  children.  This  research  aimed  to  develop Thematic  Songs  as  a  media  learning  that  proper  to  be  used  for  the  second-grade  elementary  school  student conceptual understanding of 4th Theme “Hidup Bersih dan Sehat”. The thematic songs were developed with three of  ten  Borg  and  Gall  development  procedures:  (1)  research  and  information  collecting;  (2)  planning;  and  (3) develop the preliminary form of the product. The data of this research to be obtained from the product appraisal instrument through the validators and to be analyzed using quantitative descriptive. Thematic songs was composed as three songs using the natural musical scale with do=C as the basic tone. The results of the media assessment got “very good” criteria for the percentage of 100%. Meanwhile, the results of the content assessment got “very good” criteria  for  the  percentage  of  94,35%.  Overall,  Thematic  Songs  got  "very  good"  criteria  for  the  percentage  of 96,50%.      Those  results  indicated  the  Thematic  Songs  have  been  proper  from  the  validity  aspect  as  a  learning media.
