PERTUMBUHAN DAN PRODUKSI KOKON CACING TANAH (Eisenia Foetida) AKIBAT PAPARAN INSEKTISIDA BERBAHAN AKTIF SIPERMETRIN

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh insektisida berbahan aktif Sipermetrin terhadap: (1) biomassa Cacing Tanah (Eisenia foetida) (2) produksi kokon Cacing Tanah (Eisenia foetida). Tahapan pertama yaitu uji pendahuluan untuk mendapatkan nilai konsentrasi sublethalnya. Konsentrasi sublethal yang didapatkan dari uji pendahuluan sebesar 19,31 ppm; 37,29 ppm; 72,01 ppm; 139,06 ppm; dan 268,54 ppm. Pada tahap kedua yaitu penelitian uji sublethal untuk LC50 48 jam yang menggunakan desain eksperimental dengan metode rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Analisis data dengan One Way Anova dan Least Significance Different (LSD) menggunakan program SPSS versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh pada dosis sub LC50 48 jam terhadap biomassa Cacing Tanah (Eisenia foetida). Dibanding dengan kontrol, pertambahan biomassa pada perlakuan insektisida Sipermetrin lebih kecil (2) terdapat pengaruh pada dosis sub LC50 48 jam terhadap jumlah kokon Cacing Tanah (Eisenia foetida). Dibanding dengan kontrol, jumlah kokon pada perlakuan insektisida Sipermetrin lebih kecil.

The aims of this study were to determine: (1) the effect of insecticides with Cypermethrin on the biomass of Earthworms (Eisenia foetida) (2) the effect of insecticides with Cypermethrin on the number of cocoons of Earthworms (Eisenia foetida). Then proceed with the first stage, namely the preliminary test to get the value of the sublethal concentration. The sublethal concentration obtained from the preliminary test was 19.31 ppm; 37.29 ppm; 72.01 ppm; 139.06 ppm; and 268.54 ppm. The second stage is a sublethal test for 48 hours LC50 using an experimental design with a completely randomized design. The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS version 16.0 with the One Way Anova test and the Least Significance Different (LSD) Advanced Test. The results of this study showed that: (1) there was an effect of 48 hours LC50 on Earthworm (Eisenia foetida) biomass with an average difference between treatments, the addition of biomass from the Cypermethrin insecticide treatment was less than the control (2) there was an effect of 48 hours LC50 on the number of Earthworm cocoons (Eisenia foetida). The number of cocoons produced from the Cypermethrin insecticide treatment was less than the control.
