HUBUNGAN ANTARA SELF ACCEPTANCE DAN SELF EFFICACY DENGAN KONFORMITAS PADA SISWA SMP NEGERI 2 KALASAN SLEMAN

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui: (1)hubungan antara self-acceptance dengan konformitas siswa; (2)hubungan antara self-efficacy dengan konformitas siswa; (3)hubungan antara self-acceptance dan self-efficacy dengan konformitas siswa. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Kalasan tahun ajaran 2016/2017 sebanyak 124 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala self-acceptance, skala self-efficacy, dan skala konformitas. Uji validitas menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment, uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus alpha cronbach. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1)terdapat hubungan negatif antara self-acceptance dengan konformitas pada siswa dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05; (2)terdapat hubungan negatif antara self-efficacy dengan konformitas pada siswa dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05; (3)terdapat hubungan negatif antara self acceptance dan self efficacy dengan konformitas pada siswa dimana nilai Sig.FChange = 0,000 dan nilai R= -0,611 yang menandakan bahwa hubungan bersifat negatif. Hal tersebut berarti semakin rendah self-acceptance dan self-efficacy siswa maka semakin tinggi konformitas pada siswa SMP Negeri 2 Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta.

This study aims to determine: (1)the relationship between self-acceptance and student conformity; (2)the relationship between self-efficacy and student conformity;  (3)the relationship between self-acceptance and self-efficacy with conformity to students of SMP Negeri 2 Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta. This study is a correlational nature. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling. The subjects were student of class VIII SMP 2  Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta 2016/2017 school year were 124 students. Methods of data collection using self-acceptance scale, self-efficacy scale and conformity scale. Test the validity of using the formula product moment correlation and reliability testing using Cronbach alpha formula. Data analysis techniques using multiple correlation test. The results showed that: (1) there is a negative relationship between self-acceptance with conformity to students of SMP Negeri 2 Kalasan with significant value of 0,000 < 0,05; (2) there is a negative relationship between self-efficacy with conformity to students of SMP Negeri 2 Kalasan with significant value of 0,000 < 0,05;(3) there is a negative relationship between self-acceptance and self-efficacy with conformity to students of SMP Negeri 2 Kalasan with significant value Sig. F Change= 0,000 and R=-0,611 which indicates that the relationship is negative. That is, the lower the students' self-acceptance and self-efficacy, the higher the conformity to students of SMP Negeri 2 Yogyakarta Sleman Kalasan.
