PERMASALAHAN PELAKSANAAN LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KARIR DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN NEGERI SE-KOTA YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan karir yang dialami guru BK di SMK Negeri se-Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Subyek penelitian ini yaitu guru BK sejumlah 38 orang. Instrumen pengumpul data berupa angket. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan validitas logis dengan expert judgment, sedangkan uji reliabilitas dengan internal consistensy menggunakan rumus KR-20. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif deskriptif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan karir yang dialami guru BK, (1) permasalahan aspek perencanaan sebesar 41,14% yaitu kesulitan membuat administrasi himpunan data hasil penilaian kebutuhan, (2) permasalahan tahap pengorganisasian sebesar 42,43% yaitu guru BK belum berpendidikan profesi konselor, (3) permasalahan tahap pelaksanaan sebesar 45,49% yaitu pelaksanan program ceramah dari tokoh karir belum optimal, (4) permasalahan tahap evaluasi dan tindak lanjut sebesar 42,11% yaitu, kesulitan menyusun laporan pelaksanaan program bimbingan karir berdasar hasil evaluasi program layanan bimbingan karir.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the problems on career guidance implementation which have been faced by School Counselors at the State Vocational Schools in Yogyakarta. This is a survey research using descriptive quantitative approach. Thirty eight School Counselors were involved in this research and the data were collected with a questionnaire. The instrument was validated with logical validity and expert judgment and tested its reliability with internal consistency (formula KR-20). The data analysis was conducted with quantitative descriptive analysis. The results show that the problems on the implementation of career guidance services are (1) problem on planning is 41.14% denoted by the appearance of difficulty in making administrative data of need assessment, (2) the organizing problem is 42.43%. There are many School Counselors have not been acquired the professional certified counselor, (3) problem on implementing is 45,49% denoted by the implementation of career personage lecture program have not yet been optimal, (4) problem on evaluation and follow up is 42,11%, which consist of difficulty in making the report of implementating career guidance program according to the evaluation result of career guidance service program.
