PERSEPSI TERHADAP KEGIATAN LAYANAN BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING PADA GURU BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui persepsi terhadap kegiatan layanan bimbingan dan konseling (BK) yang mencakup layanan langsung, layanan tidak langsung, layanan administrasi, dan tugas tambahan berdasarkan Permendikbud 111 Tahun 2014 pada guru BK SMA di kota Magelang. Pendekatan penelitian adalah mix method melalui survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat untuk data kuantitatif, sedangkan analisis model Miles dan Huberman digunakan untuk menganalisis data kualitatif yang berupa alasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi terhadap kegiatan layanan BK yang terkategori sangat tepat. Hal ini disebabkan alasan bahwa kegiatan dalam layanan langsung dilakukan secara tatap muka antara guru BK dengan konseli / peserta didik, kegiatan dalam layanan tidak langsung dilakukan dengan tidak mengharuskan guru BK bertatap muka dengan konseli / peserta didik, kegiatan dalam layanan administrasi dilakukan dengan menyertakan bukti secara administratif pelaksanaan kegiatan, serta kegiatan dalam tugas tambahan dilakukan sesuai kapasitas setiap guru BK.

Abstract

               This research aimed to know the perception of guidance and counseling activities that include direct services, indirect services, administrative services, and additional tasks based on Permendikbud number 111 of 2014 by guidance and counseling senior high school teacher in Magelang city. The type of this research was mixed method through survey by data collection technique was questionnaire. The technique to analyze data was used univariate analysis to analyze quantitative data, beside Miles and Huberman analysis model was used to analyze the reasons as qualitative data. The results showed that the perception of the guidance and counseling activities was categorized on very precise due to the reasons such as the activities in direct services were doing by face-to-face between guidance and counseling teacher with counseli / student, the activities in indirect services were not required the guidance and counseling teacher to make face to face with the counseli / student, the activities in administrative services were proved by the administrative report, and the activities in additional tasks were depended on every guidance and counseling teacher capacity.
