PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MODEL KERJA UNTUK PELATIHAN MENYULAM ANGGOTA PEMBERDAYAAN DAN KESEJAHTERAAN KELUARGA GEPLAKAN DEVELOPMENT OF WORKING MODEL INSTRUCTIONAL MEDIA FOR EMBROIDERY TRAINING OF THE FAMILY WELFARE MOVEMENT MEMBERS AT GEPLAKAN

Abstract


Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan menghasilkan serta mengetahui kelayakan dari media pembelajaran Model Kerja untuk pelatihan menyulam pada anggota Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga Geplakan, Banyuraden, Gamping, Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Media Pembelajaran Model Kerja dikembangkan menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development dengan model ADDIE menurut Dick and Carey (1996). Penelitian ini berlokasi di Dusun Geplakan, Banyuraden, Gamping, Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 20 anggota PKK Geplakan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian: 1) dihasilkan media pembelajaran Model Kerja yang dilakukan melalui 4 tahap yaitu a) analisis, b) desain, c) pengembangan, d) implementasi, dan e) evaluasi; 2) media pembelajaran Model Kerja dinyatakan “layak” (95%) melalui validasi oleh ahli; 3) media pembelajaran Model Kerja dinyatakan “sangat layak” (70%) dan “layak” (30%) oleh pengguna media melalui uji coba kelayakan. Rerata dari hasil uji coba kelayakan mendapat nilai sebesar 67,7 yaitu “sangat layak”.

This research and development has purposes to produce and finds out about the appropriateness of the Working Model instructional media for embroidery training of the Family Welfare Movement members at Geplakan, Banyuraden, Gamping, Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The Working Model instructional media developed with ADDIE Research and Development by Dick and Carey (1996) models. The research took place at Geplakan, Banyuraden, Gamping, Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The subject of the testing is 20 members of the Family Welfare Movement of Geplakan. Research data collected by interviews and questionnaires. Results: 1) the Working Model instructional media conducted through 5 steps: a) analysis, b) design, c) development, d) implementation, and e) evaluation; 2) the Working Model instructional media stated as “appropriate” (96%) through judgment experts; 3) the Working Model instructional media stated as “very appropriate” (70%) and “appropriate” (30%) by the media users through appropriateness testing. The average score based on the appropriateness testing is 67,7 that means “very appropriate” to use.
