KORELASI HASIL BELAJAR PRODUKTIF DENGAN PERCAYA DIRI BERWIRAUSAHA BUSANA SISWA TATA BUSANA SMK N 1 NGAWEN

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan unuk mengetahui: 1) hasil belajar mata pelajaran produktif yang dicapai siswa jurusan tata busana SMK N 1 Ngawen, 2) percaya diri berwirausaha busana yang dimiliki siswa jurusan tata busana SMK N 1 Ngawen, 3) korelasi antara hasil belajar mata pelajaran produktif dengan percaya diri berwirausaha busana siswa jurusan tata busana SMK N 1 Ngawen. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII kompetensi keahlian tata busana SMK N 1 Ngawen sebanyak 66 orang. Ukuran sample penelitian sebanyak 55 orang ditentukan dengan teknik proportionate statified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan dokumen nilai guru yang diambil dari database rapor. Analisis data deskripsi dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif dan korelasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) hasil belajar mata pelajaran produktif siswa di SMK N 1 Ngawen dinyatakan kompeten 100%, 2) percaya diri wirausaha busana siswa SMK N 1 Ngawen tahun ajaran 2017/2018 termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, 3) koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,487 (0,487>0,345), hal ini juga didukung dengan nilai signifikansi pada penelitian ini adalah 0,001 (0,001<0,05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara hasil belajar produktif dengan percaya diri berwirausaha busana siswa jurusan tata busana SMK N 1 Ngawen.

This study aimed to find out: 1) the learning outcomes of productive subjects attained by the students of Fashion Design Department of SMKN 1 Ngawen, 2) their self-confidence in fashion entrepreneurship, and 3) the correlation between their learning outcomes of productive subjects and their self-confidence in fashion entrepreneurship. This was a correlation study using a quantitative approach. The research population comprised 66 students of Grade XII of Fashion Design Expertise Competency of SMKN 1 Ngawen. The sample, consisting of 55 students was selected using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data were collected using the document of scores from the teacher taken from the report card database. They were analyzed by means of descriptive and correlational analysis techniques. The results of the study were as follows. 1) Regarding the learning outcomes of productive subjects among the students of SMKN 1 Ngawen, 100% were competent. 2) Their self-confidence in fashion entrepreneurship in the 2017/2018 academic year was high, 3) The correlation coefficient was 0.487; robserved was greater than rtable (0.487 > 0.345); this was also supported by the significance value in this study, namely 0.001, which was less than 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05). If the significance value was smaller than the level of significance (sig.0.05), then there was a significant relationship between the independent variable(the learning outcomes of productive subjects) and the dependent variable (self-confidence in fashion entrepreneurship). Based on the results of the study, it could be concluded that there was a significant positive relationship between their learning outcomes of productive subjects and their self-confidence in fashion entrepreneurship in Fashion Design Study Program of SMKN 1 Ngawen.
