PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA WALLCHART PEMBUATAN SAKU PASSEPOILLE MATA PELAJARAN DASAR TEKNOLOGI MENJAHIT PADA SISWA KELAS X TATA BUSANA SMK DIPONEGORO DEPOK SLEMAN

Abstract


Peneltian ini bertujuan 1) Mengembangkan media wallchart pembuatan saku passepoille bagi siswa
kelas X Tata Busana SMK Diponegoro Depok Sleman 2) Mengetahui kelayakan media wallchart
pembuatan saku passepoille bagi siswa kelas X Tata Busana SMK Diponegoro Depok Sleman. Jenis
penelitian yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) model pengembangan
4D terdiri dari: (1) tahap pendefinisian; (2) tahap perancangan; (3) tahap pengembangan; (4) tahap
penyebarluasan. Pada penelitian ini dibatasi hanya sampai pada tahap pengembangan. Validitas
instrumen menggunakan validitas isi dilakukan oleh ahli instrumen. Validasi produk dilakukan oleh
ahli materi dan ahli media, serta uji coba skala kecil dan uji coba skala besar. Hasil penelitian dan
pengembangan 1) Menghasilkan media wallchart pembuatan saku passepoille yang baik dan layak
digunakan ; 2) Kelayakan media wallchart pembuatan saku passepoille berdasarkan penilaian para
ahli materi masing-masing skor 20 dinyatakan layak, penilaian para ahli media masing-masing skor
32 dinyatakan layak. Uji coba skala kecil rata-rata 68 termasuk kategori sangat layak. Uji coba skala
besar rata-rata 66 termasuk kategori sangat layak.

This study aimed to: 1) develop wallchart media for passepoille pocket making for Grade X students
of Fashion Design of SMK Diponegoro Depok, Sleman; and 2) find out the appropriateness of the
media for passepoille pocket making for Grade X students of Fashion Design of SMK Diponegoro
Depok, Sleman. This was a research and development study using the 4D development model. The
research and development stages were: (1) defining, (2) designing, (3) developing, and (4)
disseminating. The data were collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The
instrument validity and reliability were assessed by expert judgment. The product validation was
carried out by a materials expert, a media expert, and a subject matter teacher. The small-scale tryout
and the large-scale tryout of Grade X of Fashion Design. The data analysis technique was the
quantitative descriptive technique. The results of the research and development were as follows. 1)
The product was good and appropriate wallchart media for passepoille pocket making. 2) According
to the materials expert the wallchart media for passepoille pocket making were appropriate with a
score of 20 and according to the media expert the wallchart media for passepoille pocket making
were appropriate with a score of 32. The small-scale tryout yielded a mean score of 68, which was
very appropriate. The large-scale tryout yielded a mean score of 66, which was very appropriate.
