PENGARUH METODE MAKE A MATCH TERHADAP PENCAPAIAN KOMPETENSI PENGELOMPOKAN BENANG DI SMKN 2 TEMANGGUNG

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan : 1) mengetahui pencapaian kompetensi pengelompokan benang siswa
kelas X SMKN 2 Temanggung sebelum menggunakan metode make a match, 2) mengetahui
pencapaian kompetensi pengelompokan benang setelah menggunakan metode make a match, 3)
mengetahui pengaruh metode make a match terhadap pencapaian kompetensi materi pengelompokan
benang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi experiment  dengan desain nonequivalent (pretestposttest)

control group design. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan tes. Validitas
menggunakan validitas konstruk dan validitas isi. Teknik analisis data  menggunakan teknik analisis
deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan: pencapaian kompetensi pengelompokan benang
sebelum menggunakan metode make a match sebanyak 24 siswa diperoleh 2 siswa (8,33%) tidak
tuntas dan 22 (81,67%) siswa tuntas, pencapaian kompetensi pengelompokan benang setelah
menggunakan metode make a match sebanyak 24 siswa diperoleh 24 siswa (100,00%) siswa tuntas,
dan terdapat pengaruh metode make a match terhadap pencapaian kompetensi pengelompokan benang.

THE EFFECT OF MAKE-A-MATCH METHOD ON THE ATTAINMENT
OF THE COMPETENCY OF YARN GROUPING AMONG GRADE X
STUDENTS OF SMKN 2 TEMANGGUNG
 
ABSTRACT
This study aimed to : (1) the attainment of the competency in yarn grouping before using make-
a-match method, (2) thei attainment of the competency in yarn grouping after using  make-a-match
method, and (3) the effect of make-a-match method on attainment of the competency in yarn grouping.
This was a quantitative study using the quasi-experimental method. Data were collected using tests
and observation. The population comprised the students of Grade X of Boutique Clothing. The
sampling technique was the simple random sampling technique. The validity was assessed by
construct validity and content validity. The data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis
techniques and t-test. The results : (1) the attainment of the competency in yarn grouping before using
the make-a-match method of 24 students, 2 (8.33%) did not attain the mastery and 22 (81,67 %)
attained it. (2) the attainment of the competency in yarn grouping after using the make-a-match
method of 24 students, 24 (100.00%) attained the mastery. (3) there was an effect of  the make-amatch
method
on
the
attainment
of
competency
in
yarn
grouping.
