PENGARUH PEMAHAMAN TEORI LAS DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP KUALITAS HASIL PENGELASAN DI CV. LAKSANA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman teori las, pengalaman kerja, terhadap kualitas hasil pengelasan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian expost facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 78 orang dari populasi 103 orang pada karyawan operator las di CV.Laksana. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman teori las berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hasil pengelasan 9,9%. Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hasil pengelasan sebesar 7,4%. Pemahaman teori las, pengalaman kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hasil pengelasan sebesar 19,9%.

This research aims to determine the influence of weld theory understanding and work experience on the welding products quality. The type of this research is an ex-post facto research with quantitative approach. The sample are 78 people from 103 employees of welding operators in CV. Laksana. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observations. The data were analyzed using simple and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research shows that weld theory understanding have an effect on the welding products quality with 9.9%. Work experience have an effect on the welding products quality with 7.4%. Weld theory understanding and work experience have an effect towards welding products quality with total 19.9%.
