ANALISIS KINERJA TRAINER PADA KELAS TRAINING CENTER BIDANG VOKASIONAL

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan informasi tentang profil trainer yang berkompeten pada kelas Batam Aero Technic (BAT) dan memperoleh Informasi tentang penyampaian metode pembelajaran yang digunakan trainer pada kelas BAT. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket, observasi dan dokumentasi disertai dengan wawancara. Angket divalidasi dengan teknik validitas tampang. Angket mengenai pedagogik memiliki reliabilitas sebesar 0.934, kepribadian memiliki reliabilitas 0.933, sosial memiliki reliabilitas 0.944, profesional memiliki reliabilitas 0.945. Hasil dari penelitian, profil trainer untuk dapat mengajar harus memiliki empat aspek dasar untuk mengajar yaitu pedagogik, kepribdian, sosial, dan profesional. Penyampaian metode pengajaran sudah baik, trainer menjelaskan materi dan lebih mendekat ke peserta didiknya supaya lebih mengerti dan menggunakan sistem ice break untuk memecahkan kebuntuan dalam kelas dikarenakan materi dengan sedikit hiburan.

This study aims to describe information about the competent trainer profile in Batam Aero Technic training center class and obtain information on deliver of learning methods by trainer in Batam Aero Technic training center class. This research is descriptive analysis research. Technique of taking data using questionnaire, observation and documentation including by interview. Questionnaire validated with validity technique look. The value of pedagogics has reliability of 0.934, the value of personality has reliability of 0.933, the value of social has reliability of 0.944, the value of professional has reliability of 0.945. Results from the study, the profile of the trainer to be able to tech must have four basic aspects for teaching: pedagogic, personality, social, and professional. Submission of teching methods is good, the trainer explains the material and more closer to the learners to better understand and using an ice break system to break down the atmosphere in the classroom because of the material with littel joke entertainment.
