PENGARUH PENGALAMAN PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI DAN KEMAMPUAN PRAKTIK PRODUKTIF TERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri dan kemampuan praktik produktif secara bersama-sama terhadap minat berwirausaha. Sampel pada penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain expost-facto adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XII di jurusan teknik pengelasan SMK N 1 Pundong. Data diambil dengan dokumentasi dan angket dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif dari pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,361 dan persamaan garis regresi Y = 36,692+0,593X₁. Lebih jauh, kemampuan praktik produktif juga berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,044 dengan persamaan garis regresi Y = 33,378+0,528X₂. Bagaimanapun, pengalaman praktik kerja industri dan kemampuan praktik produktif secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,234 dengan persamaan garis regresi Y = 20,417 + 0,414X₁ + 0,341X₂.

This study was aimed at determining the effect of industrial work practice experience and productive practice ability against the interest in entrepreneurship. The samples of quantitative research with ex post-facto design was all students of XII grade in welding engineering department at SMK N 1 Pundong. Data were taken with documentation and questionnaires and then analyzed using simple and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that the industrial work practice experience gives positive effect on the entrepreneurship interest with determination coefficient value of 0,361 and the regression equation Y = 36.692 + 0,593X₁. Furthermore, the ability of the productive practice also gives a positive effect on the entrepreneurship interest with a coefficient determination of 0.044 with a regression equation Y = 33.378 + 0,528X₂. However, the industrial work practice experience and ability of practice productive simultaneously affect positively to entrepreneurship interest with a coefficient of determination of 0.234 and a regression equation Y = 20.417 + 0,414X₁ + 0,341X₂.
