PENGARUH EFIKASI DIRI (SELF-EFFICACY) DAN PRESTASI BELAJAR KEWIRAUSAHAAN TERHADAP MOTIVASI BERWIRAUSAHA BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI (TECNOPRENEURSHIP ) SISWA PROGRAM KEAHLIAN TEKNIK PEMESINAN KELAS XI SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 3 YOGYAKARTA

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri dan prestasi belajar kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha berbasis teknologi (technopreneurship) Siswa Kelas XI SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ex-post facto ini meliputi efikasi diri (X1) dan prestasi belajar kewirausahaan (X2), sedang motivasi berwirausaha berbasis teknologi/technopreneurship (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Nonprobability Sampling dengan jumlah siswa 72 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis regresi digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dan prestasi belajar kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha berbasis teknologi (technopreneurship) berturut-turut sebesar 31,5% dan 31,2%. Lebih jauh, efikasi diri dan prestasi belajar kewirausahaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha berbasis teknologi (technopreneurship) sebesar 45,9% dengan Fhitung = 29,278 > Ftabel = 3,130.
The effect of self-efficacy and entrepreneurship learning achievement on motivation of technology based entrepreneurship (technopreneurship) on machinery technique vocation students program class XI at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 yogyakarta have been investigated. Independent variable in this ex-post facto research were was self-efficacy (X1) and study achievement on entrepreneurship learning (X2), while motivation of technology based entrepreneurship (technopreneurship) (Y) as dependent variable. Nonprobability Sampling was used with number of students are 72. Questionnaire and documentation were used to Collect data. The hypothesis was analisys using regression technique. The analisys result shows that self efficacy and entrepreneurship learning achievement were positively and significantly affect the motivation of technology based entrepreneurship (technopreneurship) as much as 31,5% and 31,2% respectively. Furthermore, simultantly self efficacy and entrepreneurship learning achievement were positively and significantly affect the motivation of technology based entrepreneurship (technopreneurship) as much as 45,9% with Fcount = 29,278 > Ftable = 3,130.
