EVALUASI PROGRAM PRAKTIK KERJA LAPANGAN DI SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 2 JATINOM

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyelenggaraan program Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Jatinom. Evaluasi tersebut dilihat dari context, input, process dan product dalam penyelenggaraan PKL. Hasil evaluasi digunakan sebagai masukan dalam penyelenggaraan Praktik Kerja Lapangan selanjutnya. Responden penelitian ini adalah 180 siswa dan 31 guru pembimbing PKL. Data penelitian didapatkan menggunakan kuesioner/angket. Data kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitaf. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program PKL di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Jatinom pada aspek context sudah baik menurut guru pembimbing dengan skor 82,45% dan siswa 80,27%. Pada aspek input menurut guru pembimbing sudah baik dengan skor 84,73% dan siswa 81,61%. Menurut guru pembimbing pada aspek process sudah sangat baik dengan skor 85,32% dan menurut siswa sudah baik dengan skor 81,98%. Pada aspek product menurut guru pembimbing sudah sangat baik dengan skor 86,10% dan menurut siswa sudah baik dengan skor 84,15%.

This research aims to determine the implementation of the vocational training program (internship) at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Jatinom. The evaluation is seen from the context, input, process and product in the implementation of internship.. The results of the evaluation are used as input in the implementation of further vocational training program. Respondents of this study were 180 students and 31 internship mentors. Research data is obtained by using a questionnaire. Then, the data were then analyzed in a quantitative descriptive manner. The results of this study indicate that the internship program at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Jatinom on the context aspect is good according to the internship mentor teacher with a score of 82.45% and 80.27% for students. In the input aspect according to the internship mentor teacher it was good with a score of 84.73% and students 81.61%. According to the internship mentor teacher on the process aspect it was very good with a score of 85.32% and according to students it was good with a score of 81.98%. In the product aspect according to the internship mentor teacher it was very good with a score of 86.10% and according to students it was good with a score of 84.15%.
