PENGARUH KOMPETENSI GURU MATA PELAJARAN TPK DALAM PEMBELAJARAN DARING TERHADAP MINAT BELAJAR SISWA

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan pengaruh kompetensi guru mata pelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Konvensional terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Teknik Fabrikasi Logam dan Manufaktur SMK Negeri 2 Depok. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Teknik Fabrikasi Logam dan Manufaktur. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan kuisioner. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis adalah dengan menghitung persamaan regresi linear sederhana, koefisien determinasi, dan uji signifikansi t. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kompetensi guru mata pelajaran Teknik Pemesinan Konvensional dalam pembelajaran daring berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas XI Teknik Fabrikasi Logam dan Manufaktur SMK Negeri 2 Depok. Dibuktikan dengan koefisien determinasi (r²) sebesar 0,525.

This study is aimed to determine the influence of the competence of TPK teachers toward the students' learning interest of class XI students majoring in Metal Fabrication and Manufacturing Engineering Expertise Program at SMK Negeri 2 Depok. The subject of this quantitative descriptive study are the students of class XI Metal Fabrication and Manufacturing Engineering Program at SMK Negeri 2 Depok. Data collection techniques are used include observation, interviews, and questionnaire. The data analysis technique are used to test the hypothesis calculate the simple linear regression, the coefficient of determination and the t-test technique. The results of this study showed that the competence of TPK teachers in online learning had a positive and significant influence toward the students' learning interest at SMK Negeri 2 Depok. It is proved with the coefficient of determination amount 0,525.
