HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN KESEHATAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA TERHADAP SIKAP KERJA SISWA SMK 1 PIRI YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan siswa mengenai K3, mengetahui sikap kerja siswa saat praktik, dan mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan K3 terhadap sikap kerja siswa kelas X Teknik Pemesinan di SMK 1 Piri Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif korelatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 15 siswa kelas X Teknik Pemesinan di SMK Piri 1 Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan teknik analisis data dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan siswa mengenai K3 dapat dikategorikan baik dengan skor mencapai skor 60.0 %, sikap kerja siswa masuk dalam kategori sangat positif dengan skor 53.3%, hubungan antara pengetahuan K3 terhadap sikap kerja siswa adalah negatif atau tidak significancy dengan perolehan hasil p=0,009<0,05.

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of students' knowledge about K3, to find out the work attitude of students when practicing, and to find out the relationship between K3 knowledge and student work attitudes at class X Mechanical Engineering SMK 1 Piri Yogyakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive correlative research methods. The subjects in this study were 15 students of class X Mechanical Engineering at SMK Piri 1 Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques with descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the level of students' knowledge of K3 can be categorized as good with a score of 60.0%, students' work attitudes are in the very positive category with a score of 53.3%, the relationship between K3 knowledge and student work attitudes. is negative or not significant with the result of p=0.009<0.05.
