PENGARUH MOTIVASI BELAJAR DAN FASILITAS TEKNIK BUBUT TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR TEKNIK BUBUT SMKN 2 BENGKULU

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar teknik bubut, pengaruh fasilitas teknik bubut terhadap prestasi belajar teknik bubut, pengaruh kemampuan motivasi belajar dan fasilitas teknik bubut secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran teknik bubut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian expost facto dengan populasi dan sampel berupa semua peserta didik kelas XI Teknik Pemesinan di SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu berjumlah 51 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi terhadap prestasi belajar teknik bubut sebesar 26%, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara fasilitas teknik bubut terhadap prestasi belajar teknik bubut sebesar 21%, serta terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan fasilitas teknik bubut secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 41%.  

This study aims to know that the effect of learning motivation on the learning achievement of lathe technique, the effect of lathe technique facilities on the learning achievement of lathe technique, the effect of learning motivation ability and lathe technique facilities together on the learning achievement. This research is Ex Post Facto research, the population and sample was all of student’s grade XI of Mechanical Engineering at SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu amounted to 52 students. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between motivation on the learning achievement of lathe technique by 26%, there is a positive and significant effect between lathe engineering facilities on the learning achievement of lathe technique by 21%, also there is a positive and significant effect between learning motivation and lathe technique facilities used together on student achievement in the lathe engineering subject by 41%.
