PENGARUH KULTUR DAN PRESTASI BELAJAR TERHADAP KESIAPAN PRAKTIK INDUSTRI SISWA PEMESINAN SMKN 2 PENGASIH

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kultur kerja terhadap kesiapan praktik industri, pengaruh prestasi belajar terhadap kesiapan praktik industri, pengaruh kultur kerja dan prestasi belajar terhadap kesiapan praktik industri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian expost facto, populasi pada penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas XII. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dan regresi dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kultur kerja siswa terhadap kesiapan praktik industri (4,555 > 1,999), koefisien regresi bernilai 0,512, sumbangan efektif 24,6%, dan sumbangan relatif 93,5%. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan prestasi belajar terhadap kesiapan praktik industri (1,206 < 1,999), koefisien regresi bernilai 0,020, sumbangan efektif 1,7%, dan sumbangan relatif 6,5%. Terdapat pengaruh secara bersama positif dan signifikan kultur kerja dan prestasi belajar terhadap kesiapan praktik industri (0,000 < 0,05), sumbangan efektif 26,3%, dan sumbangan relatif 100%.

The purpose of this research to determine the effect of work culture on industrial practice readiness, the effect of learning achievement on industrial practice readiness, the effect of work culture and learning achievement on industrial practice readiness. This research is an ex post facto study, the population in this study were all students of class XII. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive and regression with SPSS. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of student work culture on the readiness of industrial practice (4.555> 1.999), the regression coefficient was 0.512, the effective contribution was 24.6%, and the relative contribution was 93.5%. There is a positive and insignificant effect of learning achievement on industrial practice readiness (1.206 <1.999), the regression coefficient is 0.020, the effective contribution is 1.7%, and the relative contribution is 6.5%. There is a positive and significant effect on work culture and learning achievement on industrial practice readiness (0.000 <0.05), 26.3% effective contribution, and 100% relative contribution.
