PELAKSANAAN TEACHING FACTORY KOMPETENSI KEAHLIAN TEKNIK PEMESINAN DI SMK MUHAMMADIYAH PRAMBANAN

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan teaching factory dan mengetahui faktor penghambat serta pendukung kompetensi keahlian teknik pemesinan di SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan teaching factory di kompetensi keahlian teknik pemesinan SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan sudah terlaksana dengan sistematis dan pelaksanaannya telah berjalan dengan cukup baik. Pelaksanaan teaching factory sudah sesuai dengan tujuan utama yaitu untuk menciptakan lulusan yang siap kerja. Faktor penghambat dari pelaksanaan teaching factory adalah modal dan penentuan lokasi. Faktor pendukung dari pelaksanaan teaching factory adalah produk, sumber daya manusia, bahan baku, sarana dan prasarana, strategi kerja, dan pemasaran.
This study aims to determine the implementation of the teaching factory and determine the inhibiting and supporting factors of competency in engineering engineering expertise at SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the implementation of teaching factory in the competency of engineering engineering expertise at Muhammadiyah Prambanan Vocational High School has been carried out systematically and its implementation has been running quite well. The teaching factory implementation is in accordance with the main objective, namely to create graduates who are ready to work. The inhibiting factors of implementing the teaching factory are capital and location determination. The supporting factors for the implementation of the teaching factory are products, human resources, raw materials, facilities and infrastructure, work strategies, and marketing.
