TINGKAT KEDISIPLINAN PESERTA PRAKTIKUM DALAM MENGGUNAKAN APD LAS BUSUR DI BENGKEL TEKNIK FABRIKASI LOGAM DAN MANUFAKTUR SMK N 1 SEYEGAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kedisiplinan peserta praktikum dalam menggunakan APD Las busur di bengkel TFLM SMK N 1 Seyegan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sampel penelitian adalah XI TFLM sebanyak 30 siswa dari jumlah populasi 53 siswa. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui editing, tabulating analising, interpreting, concluding. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kondisi APD Las busur dan media promosi K3 yang terdapat di bengkel TFLM SMK N 1 Seyegan dalam kondisi baik terdiri dari, delapan kedok las, lima welding helmet auto dark, tiga pasang saftety shoes, satu kaca mata bening, satu tameng muka, dua pasang sarung tangan kulit, enam pasang apron lengan, enam apron dada, satu pasang sarung tangan karet, empat poster dan satu slogan. Tingkat kedisiplinan peserta praktikum dalam menggunakan APD las busur di bengkel TFLM SMK N 1 Seyegan masih dalam kategori rendah sebesar 40%.

This study aims to determine the level of discipline of practicum participants in using arc welding PPE in the TFLM workshop SMK N 1 Seyegan. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Data collection was done by using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The research sample was XI TFLM as many as 30 students from a total population of 53 students. The data analysis technique was done through editing, tabulating analysis, interpreting, concluding. The results showed that the conditions of the arc welding PPE and the K3 promotional media in the TFLM workshop of SMK N 1 Seyegan in good condition consisted of eight welding masks, five welding helmet auto dark, three pairs of safety shoes, one clear glasses, one face shield. , two pairs of leather gloves, six pairs of sleeve aprons, six chest aprons, one pair of rubber gloves, four posters and one slogan. The level of discipline of practicum participants in using arc welding PPE at the TFLM workshop SMK N 1 Seyegan is still in the low category of 40%.
