PENGARUH PKL TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA SISWA KELAS XII TEKNIK PEMESINAN B SMK NASIONAL BERBAH

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seperti apakah praktik kerja lapangan yang dilakukan siswa, mengetahui seberapa tinggi kesiapan kerja siswa dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh praktik kerja lapangan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Metode penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Bukti validitas instrumen dilakukan dengan expert judgement. Bukti reliabilitas dihitung menggunakan bantuan SPSS 25.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa praktik kerja lapangan siswa sebesar 82.6% atau termasuk dalam kategori baik, kesiapan kerja siswa sebesar 83% termasuk kategori sangat tinggi, dan pengaruh praktik kerja lapangan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII Teknik Pemesinan B SMK Nasional Berbah diperoleh hasil sebesar 18.6%.
This study aims to find out what kind of fieldwork practices are carried out by students, find out how high the readiness of student work, and find out how much influence the fieldwork practices on student work readiness. This research method is ex-post facto with a quantitative approach. Data collection using a questionnaire. Proof of instrument validity is done by expert judgment. Evidence of reliability was calculated using SPSS 25.0 for windows. The results showed that the fieldwork practices of students amounted to 82.6% or included in the good category, readiness of students' work by 83% included in the very high category, and the effect of fieldwork practices on job readiness of XII grade students of the B National National Vocational Machining Technique obtained by 18.6% .
