PENGEMBANGAN JOBSHEET PENGELASAN SMAW PADA MATA PELAJARAN DASAR TEKNIK MESIN DISMK NEGERI 1 SEDAYU

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dirancang untuk: Mengetahui spesifikasi jobsheet dasar teknik mesin dan mengetahui kelayakan jobsheet dasar teknik mesin kompetensi pengelasan SMAW kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Sedayu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) yang disesuaikan dengan model ADDIE yang diadaptasi dari Robert Maribe Branch (2009). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan 2 macam teknik pengambilan data yaitu secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah Spesifikasi jobsheet dasar teknik mesin yaitu terdiri dari kompetensi dasar pengelasan pembuatan jalur, pengelasan sambungan 1G, dan pengelasan sambungan T (Fillet), tujuan pembelajaran, teori pengantar, alat dan bahan, langkah kerja, gambar kerja, keselamatan kerja, penilaian. Kelayakan materi jobsheet hasil pengembangan termasuk dalam kategori layak dengan persentase sebesar 81,94%, ditinjau dari sisi media jobsheet hasil pengembangan termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak dengan persentase sebesar 86,11% dan menurut pengguna masuk dalam kategori layak dengan persentase 84,07%.

The purpose of this study was designed to: find out the basic jobsheet specification for welding competence techniques and, find out the feasibility of the basic jobsheet for welding competency engineering class X SMAW at Sedayu State Vocational High School. This research is a research and development that is adapted to the ADDIE model adapted by Robert Maribe Branch (2009). In this study using two kinds of data collection techniques, namely qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of this study are the basic jobsheet specifications which consists of  basic competenciesin welding manufacture of welding connection 1G, and welding the connectin T (Fillet), learning objectives, theory introduction, tools and materials, work steps, working deawings, safety, assessment. Test results the feasibility of the development of the job sheet basic mechanical engineering competence SMAW welding of class X in vocational high school 1 Sedayu, the feasibility of the material jobsheet the results of the development of the included the category of worth with a percentage of 81,94%, been reviewed from the side of the media jobsheet the results of the development of the included in the category of worth with a percentage of 86,11%, and according to user’s entry in the category with the percentage of 84,07%.
