RELEVANSI KOMPETENSI PRAKTIK PEMESINAN SMK N 2 WONOSARI TERHADAP KOMPETENSI PRAKTIK PEMESINAN DI INDUSTRI DIY

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kompetensi praktik teknik pemesinan di SMK N 2 Wonosari, kebutuhan kompetensi praktik teknik pemesinan di industri pemesinan DIY, dan relevansi antar kompetensi SMK N 2 Wonosari dengan industri pemesinan DIY. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik sampling menggunakan Non-Probability Sampling jenis purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian meliputi 1 guru, 10 pimpinan industri, dan 15 karyawan industri. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas instrumen melalui uji validitas logis oleh para ahli. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: implementasi kompetensi di SMK N 2 Wonosari mencapai persentase 100%, tingkat kebutuhan kompetensi praktik teknik pemesinan masuk pada kategori Sangat Dibutuhkan dengan skor persentase dari 3 (12%) kurang dibutuhkan; 5 (20%) cukup dibutuhkan; 11 (44%) dibutuhkan; dan 6 (24%) sangat dibutuhkan dan tingkat relevansi mencapai skor 80% Sangat Relevan.

This research aims to determine implementation of machining engineering practice competencies in Vocational High School 2 Wonosari, The competency requirements for machining engineering practices in the DIY machining industry, and relevance between competencies of Vocational High School 2 Wonosari and DIY machining industry. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a survey method. The sampling technique uses the Non-Probability Sampling type of purposive sampling. Research subjects included 1 teacher, 10 industry leaders, and 15 industrial employees. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and documentation. Test validity of the instrument through logical validity testing by experts. The analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the study show that the implementation of competence in Wonosari N 2 Vocational School reaches a percentage of 100%, the level of competency requirements for machining techniques is included in the Very Needed category with a score of 3 (12%) less needed; 5 (20%) is needed; 11 (44%) needed; and 6 (24%) are very much needed and the level of relevance reaches a score of 80% Very Relevant.
