PENGARUH PERSEPSI KOMPETENSI KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA SISWA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII Jurusan Teknik Pemesinan SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bantul. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian ex-post facto dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas XII Jurusan Teknik Pemesinan yaitu sebanyak 95 siswa dari jumlah populasi 132 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier ganda yang diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 24.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 0,753 artinya kompetensi kerja dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 56,7%.

This study aims to determine the effect of work competencies and work motivation on work readiness of students of class XII in the Mechanical Engineering Department of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bantul. This research is an ex-post facto type of research using quantitative methods. The sample in this study was class XII of the Mechanical Engineering Department with 95 students out of a population of 132 students. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing in this study was analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression processed using SPSS 24.0 software. The results of this study indicate that work competence and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work readiness of 0.753, which means that work competence and work motivation have an influence on work readiness of 56.7%.
