PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN POLA KAYU PROSES PENGECORAN ALUMINIUM DI SMK NEGERI 2 WONOSARI

Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan pola dan mengetahui kelayakannya. Pola dikembangkan menggunakan metode R&D dengan model 4D. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket dan dianalisa secara deskriptif persentase. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 ahli materi, 2 ahli media, 5 guru dan 32 siswa kelas X MB Jurusan Teknik Pemesinan SMK N 2 Wonosari. Pola yang dikembangkan adalah pola tunggal berbentuk silinder bertingkat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penilaian kelayakan menurut ahli materi memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 78% sehingga dikategorikan layak, kemudian menurut penilaian ahli media memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 83% sehingga dikategorikan sangat layak. Selanjutnya penilaian dari guru pengampu memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 83% sehingga dikategorikan sangat layak. Penilaian kelayakan pola menurut siswa memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 88% sehingga dikategorikan sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil uji kelayakan tersebut diperoleh persentase hasil penilaian keseluruhan sebesar 83,2%, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pola layak digunakan sebagai media belajar pada praktik pengecoran logam.
The purpose of this research is to develop patterns and determine their feasibility. The pattern was developed using the R & D method with the 4D model. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed descriptively by percentage. The study population consisted of 2 material experts, 2 media experts, 5 teachers and 32 students of the X MB class of Mechanical Engineering Department of SMK N 2 Wonosari. The pattern developed is a single-storey cylindrical pattern. The results showed that the feasibility assessment according to material experts obtained a percentage of eligibility of 78% so that it was categorized as feasible, then according to the assessment of media experts obtained a percentage of eligibility of 83% so that it was categorized as very feasible. Furthermore, the assessment of the teaching teacher obtained a percentage of eligibility of 83% so that it was categorized as very feasible. Pattern feasibility assessment according to students gets a percentage of eligibility of 88% so that it is categorized as very feasible. Based on the results of the feasibility test the percentage of the overall assessment results is 83.2%, it can be concluded that the pattern is worthy of being used as a learning medium in metal casting practices.
