KESIAPAN KERJA SISWA KELAS XI JURUSAN TEKNIK PEMESINAN DI SMK NEGERI 3 YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XI Jurusan Teknik Pemesinan SMK N 3 Yogyakarta ditinjau dari kompetensi siswa pada aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kelas XI Jurusan Teknik Pemesinan dengan jumlah keseluruhan 104 siswa. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 82 siswa, yang ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data adalah tes tulis pilihan ganda, angket dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XI Jurusan Teknik Pemesinan SMK N 3 Yogyakarta ditinjau dari kompetensi siswa pada aspek pengetahuan nilai rata-rata sebesar 76,00, sehingga pengetahuan siswa dikategorikan tinggi, pada aspek keterampilan nilai rata-rata sebesar 70,51, sehingga keterampilan siswa dikategorikan sedang, pada aspek sikap nilai rata-rata sebesar 63,88, sehingga sikap siswa dikategorikan rendah.

The purpose of this research was to know the 11th grade students job preparation of Mechanical Engineering Department of SMK N 3 Yogyakarta in terms of students' competence in aspects of knowledge, skills and attitudes. This research used a quantitative approach. The population of this research is 11th grade of the Mechanical Engineering Department with a total of 104 students. The research sample was 82 students, which was determined by random sampling technique. Data collection methods are multiple choice written test, questionnaire and documentation study. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive. The results of the research showed that the 11th grade students job preparation of the Mechanical Engineering Department of SMK N 3 Yogyakarta in terms of students 'competence in the aspect of knowledge the average score was 76.00, so that the students' knowledge was categorized as high,in the aspect of skill the average score was 70.51, so that the students 'skills was categorized as middle, in the aspect of attitude the average socre was 63.88, so the students' attitudes was categorized as low.
