PENGEMBANGAN BUKU PEDOMAN PRAKTIK LAS BUSUR MANUAL BERBASIS PROJECT WORK KELAS XI DI SMK N 1 PUNDONG

Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk buku pedoman praktik las busur manual berbasis project work kelas 11 di SMK N 1 Pundong yang dikembangkan dan mengetahui kelayakan buku pedoman praktik las busur manual berbasis project work di SMK N 1 Pundong. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pengembangan. Tahap penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, ujicoba produk, revisi produk, dan produksi buku. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 30 siswa kelas XI Teknik Pengelasan B di SMK N 1 Pundong. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket (kuesioner). Teknik analisa data yang dilakukan dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif persentase. Hasil penelitian ini berupa Buku Pedoman Teori Dan Praktik Las Busur Manual Berbasis Project Work Untuk Kelas XI. Hasil analisis kelayakan produk dari ahli materi diperoleh penilaian kelayakan 79,51%, dari ahli media diperoleh penilaian kelayakan 84,35%, dan dari ujicoba siswa diperoleh penilaian kelayakan sebesar 83,67%.
The purpose of this research are to produce manual arc welding guidebook based on project work class 11 in SMK N 1 Pundong developed and to perceive the feasibility of manual arc welding guidebook project work based at SMK N 1 Pundong. This research used research development. Stages of research used in this research development, include potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, product trial, product revision and book production. This research was conducted on 30 students of class XI Welding Engineering B in SMK N 1 Pundong. Data collection techniques were conducted using a questionnaire. Data analysis technique performed with quantitative descriptive analysis technique percentage. The result of this research is Theory and Practice Guidebook Manual Arc Welding Based on Project Work for Class XI. The result of feasibility analysis of the product from the material expert obtained the feasibility assessment of 79,51%, from the media expert obtained the feasibility assessment 85,35%, and from the test students obtained a feasibility rating of 83,67%.
