EVALUASI PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI SISWA KELAS XI TEKNIK PEMESINAN SMK N 2 KEBUMEN

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterlaksanaan fungsi-fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan program praktik kerja industri Siswa Kelas XI Program Keahlian Teknik Pemesinan SMK N 2 Kebumen Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016, serta permasalahan yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket), dokumentasi, dan observasi. Selanjutnya data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa keterlaksanaan fungsi perencanaan sangat baik (64,58%), baik (11,81%), cukup (15,97%), dan kurang baik (7,64%); keterlaksanaan fungsi pengorganisasian pada indikator kesiapan sarana prasarana sekolah sangat baik (50,69%), baik (24,31%), cukup (20,83%), dan kurang baik (4,17%) serta indikator kesiapan siswa sangat baik (66,97%), dan baik (33,33%); keterlaksanaan fungsi pelaksanaan sangat baik (77,78%), dan baik (22,22%); dan keterlaksanaan fungsi pengawasan sangat baik (45,84%), baik (27,08%), cukup (12,50%), dan kurang baik (14,58%).
This research aimed to determine the level of implementation of the functions of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling of field industrial practices program of grade IX students of Mechanical Engineering Expertise Program in Vocational High School 2 of Kebumen year 2015/2016, and the problems encountered. This research was an evaluation research. The data collection methods applied were questionnaires, documentation, and observation. Furthermore, data were then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The result of the research shows that the implementation of the planning function are very good (64,58%), good (11,81%), enough (15,97%), and less good (7,64%); the implementation of the organizing function in the indicator of readiness of school infrastructure are very good (50,69%), good (24,31%), enough (20,83%), and less good (4,17%) also the learners readines indicator are very good (66,97%), and good (33,33%); the implementing actuation function are very good (77,78%), and good (22,22%); And the implementation of controlling function are very good (45,84%), good (27,08%), enough (12,50%), and less good (14,58%).
