PENINGKATAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN GAMBAR TEKNIK MELALUI PENERAPAN STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN PROJECT BASED LEARNING

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran Gambar Teknik melalui penerapan strategi project based learning. Subjek penelitian adalah kelas X TP 4 sebanyak 28 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pengamatan, penilaian proyek dan tes prestasi belajar Gambar Teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran project based learning yang mampu meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa terdiri dari pendahuluan, pembagian kelompok, pemberian pertanyaan mendasar, perencaaan proyek, penentuan jadwal proyek, pengerjaan dan monitoring proyek, penilaian proyek, posttest, evaluasi proyek dan penutup. Prestasi belajar ranah kognitif pada siklus I memiliki skor rata-rata 72,86 dan ketuntasan 50%. Pada siklus II prestasi belajar ranah kognitif meningkat dengan skor rata-rata 79,29 dan ketuntasan 71%. Pada siklus III juga terjadi peningkatan prestasi belajar Gambar Teknik ranah kognitif dengan skor rata-rata 80,54 dan ketuntasan 82%. Prestasi belajar ranah psikomotorik pada siklus I memiliki skor rata-rata 78,25 dan ketuntasan 46%. Pada siklus II prestasi belajar ranah psikomotorik meningkat dengan skor rata-rata 80,43 dan ketuntasan 64%. Pada siklus III juga terjadi peningkatan prestasi belajar Gambar Teknik ranah psikomotorik dengan skor rata-rata 81,18 dan ketuntasan 75%.

This research aims to improve student achievement of class X in Mechanical Drawing subject lesson with implementation of project based learning strategy. The subjects of this research were all the students of the X TP 4 consisting of 28 students. The method of data collection used observations, project appraisals and tests of student achievement in Mechanical Drawing. The result of this research shows that learning strategy of project based learning that is able to improve student achievement consists of preliminary, the division of groups, the essential question, project planning, the determinate of project schedule, workmanship and monitoring project, the assessment project result, posttest, project evaluation and closing. Learning achievement on cognitive domain in cycle I has an average score is 72,86 and 50% of completeness. In cycle II learning achievement on cognitive domain increase with average score is 79,29 and 71% of compeletness. In cycle III also increase of student achievement in Mechanical Drawing with an average score 80.54 and 82% of completeness. Learning achievement on psychomotoric domain in cycle I has an average score is 78.25 and 46% of completeness. In cycle II learning achievement on psychomotoric domain increase with average score is 80.43 and 64% of completeness. In cycle III also increase of student achievement in Mechanical Drawing with average score is 81.18 and 75% of completeness.
