PENGARUH PENERAPAN 5R TERHADAP PERILAKU K3 DI SMK KARTINI JODOH BATAM

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui penerapan 5R (Resik, Ringkas, Rapi, Rawat, Rajin), (2) mengetahui perilaku K3 (Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja), (3) mengetahui pengaruh penerapan 5R terhadap perilaku K3 di saat melakukan praktikum di SMK Kartini Jodoh Batam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah expost facto. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua macam variabel: (1) variebel bebas, yaitu: penerapan 5R (X); (2) variabel terikat, yaitu perilaku K3 (Y). teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Jurusan Teknik Pemesinan di SMK Kartini Jodoh Batam. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan pursposive sample yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat hasil yang positif terhadap penerapan 5R pada siswa XII jurusan Teknik Pemesinan di SMK Kartini Batam Jodoh sebanyak 79,9% (2) terdapat hasil yang positif terhadap perilaku K3 pada siswa XII jurusan Teknik Pemesinan di SMK Kartini Batam Jodoh sebanyak 63,27%, (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif penerapan 5R terhadap perilaku K3 siswa kelas XII  Jurusan Teknik Pemesinan SMK Kartini Jodoh Batam dengan bukti nilai sebesar 0,953.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the application 5S(Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain), (2) determine the behavior of safety behaviour  (Occupational Health and Safety), (3) the effect of the implementation of 5S on safety behaviour at the time doing practical in Kartini Jodoh Batam High School. This type of research is ex post facto. This study used two kinds of variables: (1) independent variable, namely: the implementation of 5S (X); (2) the dependent variable, namely safety behaviour (Y). data collection techniques used questionnaires. The population in this study is a class XII student in the Department of Mechanical Machining Kartini Jodoh Batam High School. The sampling technique used pursposive sample with 30 students. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed with descriptive quantitative. The results showed that: (1) there is a positive result of the implementation of 5S on the student at XII Class in Dapartment of Mechanical Machining  at Kartini Jodoh Batam High Schoolwith the percentage value of  79.9% (2) there is a positive result of the safety behavior in the student at XII Class in the Department of Mechanical Machining at Kartini Jodoh Batam High Schoolwith the percentage value of63.27%, (3) there is a positive influence on the applicationof 5Sfor Safety Behaviour at student on XII class in Machining Engineering Department of Kartini Jodoh Batam High School with evidence value of 0.953.
