EFEKTIVITAS PENERAPAN REMEDIAL SISWA KELAS XI SMK NEGERI NUSAWUNGU TAHUN AJARAN 2015/2016

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan remedial siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri Nusawungu tahun ajaran 2015/2016 ditinjau dari: (1) perspektif guru, (2) perspektif siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey. Subyek penelitian adalah semua siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri Nusawungu sebanyak 376 siswa. Ukuran sampel penelitian sebanyak 44 siswa ditentukan dengan menggunakan proportionate random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner, uji validitas menggunakan product moment sedangkan uji realibilitas menggunakan alpha cronbach. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa: (1) efektivitas penerapan remedial siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri Nusawungu tahun ajaran 2015/2016 ditinjau dari perspektif guru termasuk kategori sangat tinggi dengan rerata 59,8 dari maksimal 72, (2) efektivitas penerapan remedial siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri Nusawungu tahun ajaran 2015/2016 ditinjau dari perspektif siswa termasuk kategori sangat tinggi dengan rerata 58 dari maksimal 72.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of remedial implementation on student at XI class SMK Nusawungu in academic year of 2015/2016 in terms of: (1) teacher's perspective, (2) students perspective. This research is categorized in survey research. The subjects were all students on XI class at SMK Nusawungu with 376 students. The sample of research were 44 students determined with proportionate random sampling. The data were collected by questionnaire, validity test used product moment while the reliability test used Alpha Cronbach. The survey results revealed that: (1) the effectiveness of remedial implementation on XI class SMK Nusawungu in academic year of 2015/2016 in terms of the teacher's perspective include the very high category with average score of 59.8 from maximum score of 72, (2) the effectiveness of remedial implementation on XI class SMK Nusawungu in academic year of 2015/2016 in terms of the students perspective categorized as very high with the average score of 58 from a maximum score of 72.
