PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN K3 DAN SIKAP TERHADAP KESADARAN BERPERILAKU K3 DI LAB. CNC DAN PLC SMK NEGERI 3 YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to find: (1) The impact of the safety and health knowledge on safety awareness; (2) The impact of the attitude on safety awareness; (3) The simultaneous impact of the  safety and health knowledge and attitude on the safety awareness in the 12^th  grade of  Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering Departement students in Vocational State High School 3 Yogyakarta’s CNC and PLC laboratory with 152 students respondents. Data collecting technics with questionaire for students. Data analysis using a linear regression techniques. Siginificancy test of the correlation coefficient using t-test and F-test. The results show: (1) The safety and health knowledge insight has a positive impact on the safety awareness with correlation and contribution are 0,380 and 14,5% respectively; (2) The attitude a positive impact on the safety awareness with correlation and contribution are 0,541 and 29,3% respectively; (3) The safety and health knowledge and attitude have a positive impact on the safety awareness with correlation and contribution are 0,593 and 35,2% respectively.

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh pengetahuan K3 terhadap kesadaran berperilaku K3; (2) Pengaruh sikap terhadap kesadaran berperilaku K3; (3) Pengaruh secara simultan pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap kesadaran berperilaku K3 siswa kelas XII jurusan Teknik Pemesinan dan Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di lab. CNC dan PLC SMK Negeri 3 Yogyakarta dengan responden sebanyak 152 siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket yang diberikan kepada siswa. Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linier. Pengujian signifikansi koefisien korelasi dengan menggunakan uji-t dan uji-F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengetahuan K3 memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kesadaran berperilaku K3 dengan korelasi sebesar 0,380 dan kontribusi sebesar 14,5%; (2) Sikap memiliki pengaruh yang positif  terhadap kesadaran berperilaku K3 dengan korelasi sebesar 0,541 dan kontribusi sebesar 29,3%; (3) pengetahuan K3 dan sikap memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kesiapan kesadaran berperilaku K3 dengan korelasi sebesar 0,593 dan kontribusi sebesar 35,2%.
