Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kreativitas guru dalam mengatasi keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana kompetensi keahlian teknik pemanfaatan tenaga listrik, berdasarkan faktor kemampuan melihat masalah, faktor kemampuan menciptakan ide sebagai pemecahan masalah dan faktor kemampuan menciptakan gagasan berbeda untuk meninjau masalah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen lembar observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah merefleksikan hasil observasi yang berupa data menjadi kalimat dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kreativitas guru kompetensi keahlian teknik pemanfaatan tenaga listrik dalam mengatasi keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana di SMK Tamtama Kroya tergolong cukup dengan persentase 57%. Hal ini dilihat berdasarkan faktor kemampuan melihat masalah didapat tingkat kreativitas guru tergolong kurang dengan persentase 48,6%, berdasarkan faktor kemampuan menciptakan ide-ide didapat tingkat kreativitas guru tergolong cukup dengan persentase 70,2%, berdasarkan faktor kemampuan menciptakan gagasan berbeda didapat tingkat kreativitas guru tergolong kurang dengan persentase 52,2%.

Abstract

 

The objectives of this research was to determine the teacher's creativity in overcoming the limitations of facilities and infrastructure engineering competence utilization of electric power, based on factors the ability to see the problem, factors as the ability to create ideas and problem-solving abilities factors create a different idea to review the issue. Data collected used observation instrument.  The data were analysed by reflected the observation data into sentences and conclusion.  The creativity of teachers competence utilization of electric power engineering expertise in overcoming the limitations of facilities and infrastructure in Vocational High School Tamtama Kroya quite enough with the percentage of 57%. The results showed based on factor the ability to see the level of creativity of the teacher issue gained classified less with percentage of 48.6%, based on factor the capability of creating ideas sufficient level of creativity of the teachers gained classified enough with percentage of 70.2%, based on factors create different ideas the level of creativity of teachers gained classified less with percentage of 52.2%.
