KONTRIBUSI CITRA DIRI DAN PENGALAMAN PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI TERHADAP KEMATANGAN VOKASIONAL SISWA KELAS XII SMK PIRI YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian yang telah dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui citra diri, pengalaman praktik kerja industri baik secara individu maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap kematangan vokasional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Ex-post Facto dengan pendekatan korelasional. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi dengan responden yang berjumlah 58 siswa dan sampel adalah semua jumlah populasi yaitu 58 siswa kelas XII Program Keahlian Teknik Komputer Jaringan SMK Piri 1 Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) citra diri siswa tergolong tinggi dengan rerata sebesar 45,60, pengalaman praktik kerja industri siswa tergolong tinggi dengan rerata sebesar 50,74, dan kematangan vokasional siswa tergolong tinggi dengan rerata sebesar 63,72; (2) terdapat kontribusi yang positif antara citra diri dan pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap kematangan vokasional sebesar 57,4% (F_hitung=39.339 > F_tabel =3,160); (3) terdapat kontribusi yang positif citra diri terhadap kematangan vokasional sebesar 15,50% (t_hitung=2,940 > t_tabel =1,673); (4) terdapat kontribusi yang positif pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap kematangan vokasional sebesar 41,94% (t_hitung=6,111 > t_tabel =1,673).

Abstract

This research aims to determine self-image, experience of the industry working practices  both individually and together towards vocational maturity. This research is Ex-post facto with the correlational approach. The population of research is 58 students and the number of population is 58 students of class XII Computer Network Engineering Program SMK PIRI 1 Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques in this research using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis.The research results indicated that (1) the self-image of students is high with an average of 45.60, the experience of working practices in industrial of students is high with an average of 50.74, and vocational maturity of students is high with an average of 63.72; (2) there is a positive contribution between self-image and experience of working practices in industrial towards vocational maturity as big as 57.4% (F count = 39 339 > F table = 3.160); (3) there is a positive contribution between self-image towards vocational maturity as  big as 15.50% (tcount = 2,940 > t table = 1.673); (4) there is a positive contribution between experience of working practices in industrial towards vocational maturity as big as 41.94% (tcount = 6.111> t table = 1.673).
