Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: menghasilkan prototype, mengetahui unjuk kerja, dan mengetahui tingkat kelayakan Automatic Bottle Filling and Capping Machine sebagai media pembelajaran praktik PLC di SMK. Model pengembangan yang digunakan mengacu pada model ADDIE menurut Robert Maribe Branch (2009 :2). Model pengembangan ADDIE terdiri dari Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, dan Evaluate. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) media pembelajaran Automatic Bottle Filling and Capping Machine terdiri dari Trainer kit, Manual Book, dan Jobsheet. (2) Penilaian uji komponen mendapatkan rata-rata nilai 100% yang berarti setiap komponen bekerja dengan baik dan penilaian uji fungsi kerja mendapatkan rata-rata nilai 100% yang berarti trainer berjalan dengan baik. (3) Penilaian media mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 87,5% masuk dalam kategori “Sangat Layak” dan penilaian materi mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 86,9% masuk dalam kategori “Sangat Layak”. (4) Penilaian pengguna mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 95,3% masuk dalam kategori “Sangat Layak”.

Abstract

This research aims  to: produce prototype, to know work, and to find out the appropriateness level of Automatic Bottle Filling And Capping Machine as learning media of PLC at vocational high school. The development method according to ADDIE model by Robert Maribe Branch (2009 :2). The ADDIE development model consists of Analyze, Design , Develop , Implement , and Evaluate. The result of this research are: (1) Automatic Bottle Filling and Capping Machine learning media consist of Trainer kit, Manual Book and Jobsheet. (2) The assesment of the component test get an average score of 100% which means that each component works properly and the assessment of work fuction test get an average score of 100% which means it works properly. (3) The assessment of media test get an average score of 87.5% included in category of "Very Appropriate” and the assessment of material test get an average score of 86.9% included in category of "Very Appropriate”. (4) The assessment of user test get an average score of 95,3% included in category of  "Very Appropriate”.
