IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING MODEL ASSISTED BY QUIZIZZ APPLICATION TO IMPROVE STUDENT'S LEARNING OUTCOMES

Abstract


study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Trading Company Accounting material in economics class XII IPS 1 SMA Negeri 7 Yogyakarta in the 2021/2022 academic year through the Problem-Based Learning model assisted by the Quizizz Application. This research is a type of classroom action research with the research subjects being 36 students. Data collection techniques used tests, field notes, and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the average value in the cycle I increased from 56 to 79. In the cycle II, the average value also increased 6.7% from 85.33 to 91.33. Another indicator of success is that at least 75% of the total number of students reach the KKM. In the cycle I, the number of students who got the KKM score in the Pre-Test was 4 out of 30 students or 13.4%, while in the Post-Test 19 out of 30 students or 63.4%. In the cycle II, the number of students who got the KKM score in the Pre-Test was 25 out of 30 students or 83.3%, while in the Post-Test it was 27 out of 30 students or 90%.
