PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT PADA RUMAH SAKIT ISLAM YOGYAKARTA PDHI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Islam Yogyakarta PDHI, (2) Pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Islam Yogyakarta PDHI, (3) Pengaruh beban kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap perawat Rumah Sakit Islam Yogyakarta PDHI. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji hipotesis dengan sampel perawat Rumah Sakit Islam Yogyakarta PDHI. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: (1) Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Islam Yogyakarta PDHI, (2) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Islam Yogyakarta PDHI, (3) Beban kerja dan komitmenn organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Islam Yogyakarta PDHI dengan kontribusi sebesar (ΔR2) 0.087*.

Abstract
This study was aimed to determine: (1) the influence of workload on nurse performances in the hospital, (2) the influence of organizational commitment on nurse performances in the hospital, and (3) the influence of workload and organizational commitment on nurse performances in Rumah Sakit Islam Yogyakarta PDHI. The data analysis was using multiple regression analysis with the nurses of Rumah Sakit Islam Yogyakarta PDHI as the sample. The results of this study indicated that: (1) There was a significant and positive influence between workload on the nurses performances, (2) There was a significant and positive influence between organizational commitment on the nurses performances, (3) There was a positive influence between workload and organizational commitment on the nurses performances with contribution of (ΔR2) 0.087*.
