PENGARUH KOHESIVITAS KELOMPOK DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) (STUDI PADA KARYAWAN TETAP PT. MADUBARU BANTUL YOGYAKARTA)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kohesivitas kelompok dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour pada karyawan tetap PT. Madubaru Bantul Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Madubaru Bantul Yogyakarta berjumlah 377 orang karyawan tetap. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sistematic sampling, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 77 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kohesivitas kelompok berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, (2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, dan (3) kohesivitas kelompok dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour.

Abstract
This research aimed to determine: the effect of group cohesiveness and job satisfaction simultaneously on organizational citizenship behavior in the permanent employees of PT. Madubaru Bantul, Yogyakarta. This research includes associative causal research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 377 permanent employees of PT. Madubaru Bantul, Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used sistematic sampling, in order to obtain the total sample of 77 people. The technique of collecting data used questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed used multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) cohesiveness group positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior, (2) job satisfaction and significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and (3) group cohesiveness and job satisfaction simultaneously significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
